Justin Hedges OBE

Executive Chairman and Co-Founder

Justin Hedges is the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Prevail Partners, bringing 28 years of distinguished service in the British Royal Marines and Special Military Units at the highest level. He combines deep expertise in strategy, leadership, programme management, and technical delivery to drive growth in expeditionary markets. 

As a co-founder, Justin has been instrumental in establishing Prevail Partners as one of the fastest-growing and most successful companies in its field, delivering innovative solutions in a competitive landscape. 

He is guided by a leadership philosophy captured in his favourite quote: “Get good people, give them an interesting task, and then get out of their way.”

Damian Huntingford OBE

Co-Founder and CEO

Damian Huntingford OBE is the CEO of Prevail Partners Ltd. He is an experienced leader with a background in government service and he co-founded Prevail with that ethos in mind: finding meaningful security challenges and working with innovative teams of intelligence and security professionals capable of delivering excellence of service to clients. Damian enjoys bringing together and working with diverse multi-disciplinary teams to support partners address challenging national security risks.

Outside of work Damian enjoys spending time with his family, running, reading, and listening to podcasts.

Daryn Liddle

Intelligence Director

Daryn Liddle is the Intelligence Director at Prevail Partners, having joined in 2018 as Prevail’s first employee. He has built up the company’s intelligence and investigations business, ultimately serving on the executive board. Prior to his current role, Daryn had a career in the British Army as an Infanteer and then Military Intelligence Officer before transitioning into the commercial sector. Daryn has been an integral player in the company’s growth, having worked with fellow Directors to get the company where it is today – something he is immensely proud of. His skill set and expertise for this role focuses on building and running intelligence fusion cells. He enjoys finding innovative ways to answer complex questions using people and technology, to help Prevail’s customers make important decisions.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family,  open-water swimming and the occasional round of golf.

Kirsty Wheeler

Commercial Director

Kirsty Wheeler, the Commercial Director at Prevail Partners, has been an integral part of the team since the company’s inception. In her role, Kirsty oversees all commercial activities, including financial management, working across the business with management teams to achieve business goals and strategic business planning. Her leadership is pivotal in driving the company’s growth and ensuring it remains financially robust, instilling confidence in the company’s future.

Kirsty holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA, which have equipped her with the expertise to set and surpass financial targets for Prevail Partners. Her strategic acumen and dedication have been instrumental in steering the company toward sustained success.

Outside of work, Kirsty is passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle through swimming, biking, and running. Her favourite quote is “Life will give you whatever experience is valuable for the evolution of your consciousness.” By Eckhart Tolle. With her combination of professional skills and experience, Kirsty Wheeler is a great asset to the Prevail team.
