The Raybird system itself is a game changer. Designed for endurance, stealth, and precision, it boasts flight times of up to 30 hours and an operational range of up to 2,500 kilometers, flying at altitudes up to 10,000 meters – 1,151 meters above Mount Everest. The Raybird design is a NATO Class 1 UAS incorporating several Class 2 and 3 capabilities, enabling advanced performance within a compact and efficient platform. It can be rapidly deployed in under 25 minutes without the need for an airfield.
Raybird is a flexible and adaptable platform that is battle proven on the Ukrainian frontline at Division, Corps & Brigade levels, supporting ISR, artillery, and strike operations. Built on a technologically agile platform with an open architecture that allows for spiral development throughout the product lifecycle, Ukrainian frontline insights are continuously integrated into the system.
Raybird is highly resilient, with a proven track-record in hostile EW environments in Russian-held territory. It also allows for rapid deployment from land or sea in around 25 minutes with no airfield needed.
Raybird is compatible with current MoD logistical frameworks and training timelines, and with clear JV-controlled IP and no restrictive export licensing on the UK production line and can be integrated and scaled across ISR systems with fewer barriers than legacy platforms.
