Justin Hedges OBE

Executive Chairman and Co-Founder

Justin Hedges is the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Prevail Partners. He has 28 years of experience in the British Royal Marines, bringing with him a wealth of strategy, leadership, programme management and technical expertise to drive company growth in expeditionary markets.

Justin’s professional accomplishments include founding Prevail Partners, a dynamic company that provides unique services within a congested market. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, cycling and surfing. His favourite quote is ‘Get good people, give them an interesting task, and then get out of their way’. Justin Hedges has been a key part of establishing Prevail Partners as one of the most successful companies in its field.

Damian Huntingford OBE

Co-Founder and CEO

Damian Huntingford OBE is the CEO of Prevail Partners Ltd. He is an experienced leader with a background in government service and he co-founded Prevail with that ethos in mind: finding meaningful security challenges and working with innovative teams of intelligence and security professionals capable of delivering excellence of service to clients. Damian enjoys bringing together and working with diverse multi-disciplinary teams to support partners address challenging national security risks.

Outside of work Damian enjoys spending time with his family, running, reading, and listening to podcasts.

Daryn Liddle

Intelligence Director

Daryn Liddle is the Intelligence Director at Prevail Partners, having joined in 2018 as Prevail’s first employee. He has built up the company’s intelligence and investigations business, ultimately serving on the executive board. Prior to his current role, Daryn had a career in the British Army as an Infanteer and then Military Intelligence Officer before transitioning into the commercial sector. Daryn has been an integral player in the company’s growth, having worked with fellow Directors to get the company where it is today – something he is immensely proud of. His skill set and expertise for this role focuses on building and running intelligence fusion cells. He enjoys finding innovative ways to answer complex questions using people and technology, to help Prevail’s customers make important decisions.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family,  open-water swimming and the occasional round of golf.

Project Lead

Tom Long is the Project Lead at Prevail Partners, a position he has held for several years. He brings with him an extensive background in military operations and leadership capabilities. Tom leads large and complex projects that cover both intelligence and live operations, striving to build a high-performing team that wants to socialise outside of work.

When not leading his team, Tom spends time with his children and enjoys open water swimming. His favourite quote is ‘I find that the harder I work, the more luck I seem to have.’ – Thomas Jefferson. Kirsty Wheeler

Commercial Director

Kirsty Wheeler, the Commercial Director at Prevail Partners, has been an integral part of the team since the company’s inception. In her role, Kirsty oversees all commercial activities, including financial management, working across the business with management teams to achieve business goals and strategic business planning. Her leadership is pivotal in driving the company’s growth and ensuring it remains financially robust, instilling confidence in the company’s future.

Kirsty holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA, which have equipped her with the expertise to set and surpass financial targets for Prevail Partners. Her strategic acumen and dedication have been instrumental in steering the company toward sustained success.

Outside of work, Kirsty is passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle through swimming, biking, and running. Chris Toynbee

Geospatial Intelligence Lead

Chris Toynbee is the Geospatial Intelligence Lead at Prevail Partners. He and his team use a wide range of geospatial analytic techniques to draw insights from data, unlocking its full potential and value for the team. Clean and easy to understand visualisations are key to ensuring customers take away the information they need. Esri Story Maps and Operations Dashboards, as well as other commercial software, have proved highly effective at doing this.

Chris fell in love with GIS and geospatial analytics by chance, and loves the variety of skills and techniques he gets to use to solve spatial problems. When not at work, Chris is an active coach for two kids football teams, as well as playing himself. His favourite quote is ‘We all have two lives, the second begins when we realise we only have one life!’ We’re proud to have Chris on the Prevail Partners team. His enthusiasm, skills and knowledge make him a valuable asset to our company.

Tom Oldnall

Deputy Intelligence Manager

Tom Oldnall is the Deputy Intelligence Manager at Prevail Partners. He has 10 years of experience in Military Intelligence, covering a wide range of tasks in both Counter Terrorism (CT) and conventional Large Scale Combat Operations (LSCO). Tom joined the company in December 2021 and since then, he has managed and delivered operational intelligence analysis primarily in the military and political sphere in support of operations. Tom’s professional accomplishments include providing intelligence support for the evacuation of civilians from a conflict zone in a timely manner so as to ensure their safety. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, camping and hill walking, visiting the UK’s many castles and air rifle shooting.

Tom’s expertise, skill set and dedication to his work make him an invaluable asset to the Prevail Partners team. He is committed to delivering results and helping the company reach its goals.

Karolina Wroblewska

Analyst

Karolina Wroblewska is an Analyst at Prevail Partners, where she has been since March 2022. She collates and analyses data from multiple sources to develop inferences and support decision-making. Karolina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences and was previously an Intelligence Analyst at the Police, using her expertise in Microsoft Excel and GIS to extract and analyse data.

One of her most notable achievements was leading a report about violence against women and girls in light of the protests that followed Sarah Everard’s death. Outside of work, Karolina enjoys dancing, baking, running and watching F1 races. She is passionate about using her skills for the benefit of others and dedicated to helping Prevail Partners achieve their goals.

Alex Cassabois MBE

Operations Manager

Alex has a diverse educational background, having studied Arabic, Spanish, and Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Manchester. As part of his studies, he lived in Jordan and gained valuable cultural and linguistic insights. Following university, Alex spent six years serving in the Royal Marines, during which time he was seconded to the National Crime Agency (NCA) at Spring Gardens. He also served as the lead Sahel analyst on multiple missions. In recognition of his service, Alex was awarded an MBE. 

In September 2022, Alex joined Prevail Partners, where he supports project delivery and client relations. In addition to his work, Alex is currently pursuing a part-time master’s degree at King’s College London in International Political Economy. He has a particular interest in researching the impact of the Ukraine war on European energy markets and the potential geopolitical and security consequences for the EU. With his diverse background and expertise in various areas, Alex brings a unique perspective to Prevail’s team. Overall, he is a highly accomplished individual with a passion for international relations.

Stian Grove

Geospatial Analyst

Stian Grove is a Geospatial Analyst at Prevail Partners, having joined the team in 2022. His expertise lies in GIS, Cartography, ArcGIS, Remote Sensing and Image Analysis. Stian studied geography at the University of Pretoria and now helps team projects with any Geo questions they might have, as well as reporting and visualisations.

Outside of work, Stian enjoys playing and watching cricket, listening to music and playing the guitar. His favourite quote is ‘Courage is grace under pressure.’ With his skillset and expertise, Stian helps Prevail Partners reach their full potential in the Geospatial field.

Susie Thomas

Business Administrator

Susie Thomas is an accomplished Business Administrator at Prevail Partners and has been a valuable member of our team since February 2023. With strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, Susie ensures smooth operations in various departments including finance, marketing, operations and team projects. Prior to joining Prevail Partners, Susie gained experience in administrative roles at Citizens Advice and completed a 6-month internship at an economic consulting firm. 

Apart from her professional achievements, Susie holds a first-class Masters of Science degree in Behavioural Economics and a joint-honours undergraduate degree in Economics and Music. Outside of the office, Susie enjoys weight lifting, horse-riding and sailing, reflecting her passion for physical challenges and adventure. Chris Fowler

Business Optimisation Specialist

Chris Fowler is our Business Optimisation Specialist at Prevail Partners, bringing over 20 years of experience in the intelligence field to his role. With a strong background in Government and Military operations, Chris joined Prevail in 2018 and has since played a vital role in ensuring the company’s compliance, accreditation and safety policies standards are impeccably aligned. His comprehensive understanding of legal frameworks within contracts guides the company’s operations.  

Proficient in analysing large datasets, Chris excels in unraveling intricate connections between individuals and entities, delivering solutions for high-profile clients. In 2017, Chris was awarded an MBE by Queen Elizabeth for his outstanding work in solving a problem of National significance and disrupting indiscriminate terrorist threats against civilians.  

Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing pool and engaging in thought-provoking debates with his daughter. His multifaceted background adds a wealth of experience and strategic insight to the Prevail team.

Luka Grujic

Head of Intelligence Services

Luka Grujic is the Head of Intelligence Services at Prevail Partners, and as such he is responsible for all intelligence outputs for our commercial and international clients. Luka enjoyed a successful 15-year career in Military Intelligence before coming to Prevail, which included operational experience in Afghanistan, Ukraine and the Middle East. He brings a wealth of knowledge about intelligence delivery and effective operational support to key decision-makers. He is particularly passionate about developing the exceptional analytical talent that Prevail has on its staff. 

In his spare time Luka enjoys walking his dog, cooking, skiing, and long driving holidays through Europe, not necessarily in that order.
