Commitment to achieving Net Zero
Prevail Partners Ltd is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.
Baseline Emissions Footprint
Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.

| Additional Details relating to the Baseline Emissions calculations. | |
| Prevail Partners Ltd has not previously maintained an organisational greenhouse gas emissions inventory across Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3.
In accordance with the PPN 006 Technical Standard, the first reporting period for which emissions data is systematically captured will be adopted as the baseline year. As an organisation we have recently (2025) certified to ISO 14001:2015, and therefore environmental management systems are now in place to ensure emissions arising from energy use, travel and waste are identified, monitored and quantified on an ongoing basis. Numerical emissions data will be established and reported in subsequent Carbon Reduction Plans and used to track progress toward Net Zero |

Current Emissions Reporting
| Reporting Year: 2026
During the current reporting period, Prevail Partners Ltd did not maintain a complete, quantified organisational greenhouse gas emissions inventory across Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3. As this is the organisation’s first Carbon Reduction Plan prepared in accordance with PPN 006, the current reporting year will also serve as the baseline year against which future emissions reductions will be measured. Systems and controls are now in place through the organisation’s ISO 14001:2015‑certified Environmental Management System to ensure emissions data relating to energy use, travel and waste is identified, monitored and quantified on an ongoing basis. Quantified emissions data will be reported in subsequent Carbon Reduction Plans. |

Emissions reduction targets
In order to continue our progress to achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets.
Measurement and data maturity targets
- Establish a complete organisational greenhouse gas emissions inventory covering Scope 1, Scope 2 and the required Scope 3 categories within 12 months
- Integrate emissions data collection into the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
- Define formal procedures for annual emissions monitoring, review and reporting
Carbon Reduction Projects
Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives
Prevail has implemented ISO 14001aligned Environmental Management System, including the setting, monitoring and review of environmental objectives aimed at reducing energy use, emissions and environmental impacts. We gained our certification in January 2026 and are now maintaining this standard and will be working to continuously improve.
Future carbon reduction initiatives
In the future we hope to implement further measures such as:
- Identification and control of sources of greenhouse gas emissions through operational practices, policies and environmental controls
- Improving energy efficiency of operational activities through process optimisation and environmental objectives set within the Environmental Management System.
- Considering lifecycle environmental impacts and resource efficiency in planning and decision‑making, including procurement and disposal
Declaration and Sign Off
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 006 and associated guidance and reporting standards for Carbon Reduction Plans.
Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard3 and uses the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting4.
Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements, and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard5.
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors (or equivalent management body).
