Group General Counsel

Jonathan Hart specialises in commercial law with particular expertise in complex transactions with an international bias. He has been, among other appointments, General Counsel to a mobile telecommunications group operating in emerging markets, and a commercial trouble shooter. Jonathan is a Senior Counsel with Charles Russell Speechlys, a City law firm. Jonathan advises the Prevail Group on legal and policy compliance.
